A per diem opportunity is available to provide essential coverage at a retail pharmacy located in Hornell, NY. This role supports a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating a 340B pharmacy program, ensuring critical access to medications for the community. Timely coverage is vital, as the pharmacy faces potential closure without staff availability. Key Responsibilities: Manage pharmacy opening and closing procedures with accuracy and efficiency. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth daily operations. Utilize Rx30 software to process prescriptions; training available for experienced users. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety policies. Desired Qualifications: Active NY State pharmacist license in good standing. Proven experience in opening/closing retail pharmacy operations. Previous supervisory experience with pharmacy staff. Familiarity with 340B program operations preferred. Schedule (Per diem coverage dates): Thursday, 4/2: 1 PM - 7 PM Saturday, 4/4: 9 AM - 3 PM Tuesday, 4/7: 8 AM - 7 PM Wednesday, 4/8: 8 AM - 7 PM Saturday, 4/11: 9 AM - 3 PM Benefits and Perks: Competitive hourly compensation.
