Job Overview The PACE Program Coordinator position is responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion. Includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities in addition to assisting with the budget and keeping abreast of regulatory guidelines as applicable to PACE programs. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management required. Work experience may substitute for the education requirement. * Minimum of 2 years of overall experience required. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis/project management preferred. * Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred. * Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training, or business integration is highly preferred. * Current license, insurance, vehicle, and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions. Compensation $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
