Job DescriptionAutism Center of Excellence is hiring a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic.This is a senior-level clinical role designed for experienced BCBAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while also mentoring clinicians and contributing to the growth and development of a strong clinical team.Senior BCBAs play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.Our clinic offers a structured, supportive environment with strong operational backing, allowing you to focus on clinical care and leadership.Key Responsibilities• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of pediatric clients (ages 2-14)• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans• Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure client progress• Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior clinicians• Support training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development• Collaborate with families to ensure carryover and progress• Partner with leadership to support clinic growth and performance• Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and regulatory standardsWhy Join Autism Center of Excellence• Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $110,000• Bonus potential for exceeding billable expectations (typically ~$15,000)• Low, manageable caseloads• Strong clinical leadership and mentorship support• Full administrative operations team (HR, Recruiting, Intake, Office Management)• 100% paperless data collection• Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles• Tuition discounts through partnerships with Capella, Purdue Global, Florida Tech, and Mary Baldwin University• Mission-driven, supportive clinical environmentRequirementsEducation• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field requiredCertification• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required• Eligible for North Carolina licensure (LBA)Qualifications• Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred• Experience supervising RBTs and developing clinicians• Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills• Excellent communication and leadership abilities• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA servicesBenefitsEmployees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Company-paid life insurance• 401(k)• Paid Time Off (PTO)• 7 paid holidays• 1 paid floating holiday• Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)• Referral bonus program• Opportunities for advancement• $250 annual CEU stipend
