A leading Long-Term Care (LTC) and Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) pharmacy in Boston is urgently seeking licensed pharmacists to support a recently transitioned site still catching up on production following a major system upgrade. This contract opportunity spans approximately 4 to 6 weeks, offering an immediate start for pharmacists ready to make an impact. Responsibilities include two distinct pharmacist roles: PV1 Pharmacists to review and clear data entry tasks PV2 Pharmacists to check and verify fills, labels, and blister packs Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts pharmacist license and demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts within the hours of operation: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (opening and closing shifts) Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weekend support preferred) While prior LTC experience is preferred, retail pharmacists with strong adaptability are encouraged to apply to help manage the urgent workflow demands. The practice uses the newly implemented Frameworks system, so familiarity or quick adaptability to new pharmacy software will be advantageous. This contract role offers a fast hiring process, including a brief client interview, with the expectation that selected candidates will be onsite within 3 to 4 days of receiving an offer.
