Job Description Reason for Coverage: Vacancy- Long-Term Permanent Search Start Date: 06-01-2025 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Decision Date: EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 8-14 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only We are looking for one full time provider to work 4 days a week in the clinic. Usually it is a M-Thurs schedule 8am-4pm but they can be flexible on what 4 days of the week a provider is open to work (providers also have the option to work 9-5 instead). The work hours will include a lunch hour (12-1 or 1230-130, providers choice). Provider will not need privileges but will need to go through onboarding with the team to get access set up. Start date can be as soon as this is completed so we are aiming for June 1 or earlier June.budget for long term housing and that should be completed shortly then updated here.
