Job Description

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.Minimum Requirements:2 years of IR tech experience with references. Candidate must have experience in both interventional radiology and neuro procedures. (Please clearly note neuro and IR experience on resume.)Experience working in an Angio/Special Procedures environment or neuroscience center preferred.American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.BLS certification.State radiologic technologist license for Georgia.Willingness to take weekend and holiday call as required by the department.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital.Primary specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist for Neuroscience Center / Angio/Special Procedures.Shift name: Days.Shift pattern: 3x12 day shifts.Schedule expectations: M-F shifts spread throughout the week, plus required weekend and holiday call.Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other hospital units as needed.Location Highlights.Atlanta, GA offers a balance of urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
