Principal Test Technologist

Own the manufacturing and testing strategy for cutting-edge high performance computing products, featuring industry-leading high-speed transceivers, co-packaged interconnects, chiplet connectivity solutions and state-of-the-art fab process and packaging (2.5D, 3D, 3.5D). This role demands innovative thinking to solve unprecedented challenges in test and manufacturing, keeping our solutions at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead pathfinding for test and manufacturing of emerging technologies (SERDES, CPC/CPO, HBM, IVR, D2D, COWOS, SOW, 3.5D). Develop and drive strategic roadmaps for manufacturing and test supporting advanced HPC products. Define the most optimized DFX solution and test flow for complex multi-chip packages. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our test and manufacturing solutions remain best-in-class. Participate in setting overall product strategy in the data center and AI space. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience in Product and Test engineering. Deep knowledge of the entire test and manufacturing flow and stack for large multi-chip packages. Proven expertise in DFT, high speed SERDES testing and die-to-die testing. Strong understanding of manufacturing cost and quality optimization, DPM and coverage modeling. Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced packaging technologies (CoWoS, 2.5D, 3.5D), SIPI or system-level testing. Proven track record in pathfinding for test and manufacturing. Strong judgment and analytical skills in evaluating and balancing trade-offs in test and manufacturing strategy. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and influence technology direction in support of business goals Salary range: $190,000- $270,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
