Clinical SpecialistAbout the RoleThe Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in advancing patient care by serving as a trusted clinical partner to healthcare teams at leading hospitals. Working closely with the Account Manager and Commercial Sales Team, this role focuses on clinical education, engagement, and adoption of Kreg Therapeutics' Vertical Bed Technology and Bariatric Beds within ICU and trauma environments, including Level I and II trauma centers.As a Clinical Specialist, you will leverage your critical care expertise to support hospitals through new implementations, re-engagements, and ongoing utilization of innovative technologies that enhance early mobility, safety, and patient outcomes.This position is ideal for a clinically driven professional who enjoys education, collaboration, and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Education & EngagementEducate multidisciplinary clinical teams on Verticalization Therapy (VT) and its role in early mobility programs, patient safety, and improved outcomesServe as a clinical advocate for Kreg's Bariatric Bed technology, providing education and support within strategic partner accountsSupport clinicians with patient identification, therapy protocols, and appropriate product utilizationClinical Support & Program DevelopmentCollaborate with ICU leadership to develop or enhance protocols, policies, and clinical criteriaProvide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support related to Kreg productsPartner with Account Managers to support clinical trials, including data collection and clinician feedbackProduct Demonstrations & ImplementationConduct product demonstrations and evaluations in collaboration with sales and operations teamsCoordinate with local operations for bed fleet management to ensure product availability and functionalityRelationship Building & Customer ExperienceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makersDeliver high levels of customer service through ongoing training, education, and engagementResource Development & ReportingContribute to the development of clinical education materials and resourcesComplete required documentation and reporting in tools such as , including expense reportingAttending conferences and industry events as a subject matter expert when neededRequired QualificationsEducation & LicensureLicensed healthcare professional: Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT preferred)Experience3-5+ years of experience in a critical care or acute care clinical settingClinical KnowledgeExperience with invasive medical devices, early mobility programs, and safe patient handlingAbility to educate clinicians on new clinical practices and protocol development using evidence-based approachesSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to influence adoption of new technologiesProficiency with Microsoft tools including Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointTravelWillingness to travel to hospital sites, including approximately 50% local travel and up to 25% overnight travel (subject to change based on business needs)Preferred (Nice to Have)Critical care certifications such as CCRN, RRT-ACCS, PT-CCSPrior experience in medical device or clinical technology environmentsWhy Join Kreg Therapeutics?Purpose-Driven WorkBe part of a mission-focused organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.Professional GrowthJoin a growing company that values your expertise, supports development, and encourages new ideas.Collaborative CultureWork closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact across the organization.Benefits & PerksCompetitive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefitsPaid mileage reimbursement and covered travel expensesPaid vacation, personal, and sick timeADA & Equal Opportunity StatementKreg Therapeutics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
