Description JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1. Education: High school graduate preferred. 2. Licensure: Must possess a valid California Driver's License as duties include driving on NorthBay's behalf. A clean driving record is required evidenced by annual submittal to the Property & Facilities Manager of DMV driving record. 3. Experience: 2-3 years' experience trouble shooting and repairing electro-mechanical systems. Experience in hospitality and healthcare industries helpful. 4. Skills: Has basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel computer programs. Must know how to conduct internet searches. Familiar with hand and power tools, able to read blueprints. Must be able to move, lift and deliver light furniture as needed. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Follow safety and infection control procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing. Ability to work with a variety of individual personalities and ability to adapt to changing conditions. Must be able to speak fluently, read and write in English. Can maintain confidential information.Salary 28.00 - 28.00 Hour
