Behavior Coach (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time | Salaried | School-Based | Hybrid The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Coach (BCBA) to support Baltimore-area public schools. This role focuses on strengthening Tier I & Tier II classroom systems, coaching educators, and building proactive, engagement-driven learning environments. What You'll Do * Conduct classroom observations using the ABLEâ"¢ assessment * Provide data-driven coaching to educators * Model proactive classroom management strategies * Support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices * Use the Insightâ"¢ platform to track progress and guide coaching * Partner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems * Participate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriate * Contribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer) What We're Looking For * Required: Active BCBA + Maryland LBA * Experience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coaching * Strong data fluency and ability to influence adult practice * Mission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed care * Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills Schedule & Work Model * Full-time, salaried position * 8-hour days aligned to the school calendar * On-site during the school year * Remote during holidays/summer for special projects Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation) * Incentives may be offered (sign-on or completion) * 10 days PTO * 401(k) * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Possible School Sites You may be placed at one or multiple Baltimore schools, such as: The Baer School, Claremont Middle/High School, Briscoe, Sharpe Leadenhall, or Lois T.
