We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Bradenton, FL where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current Florida state license in good standing for Respiratory Therapy.One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).BLS certification.ACLS certification.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or STABLE certification.Experience with ventilators and respiratory equipment common to acute care: Servo I, GE ventilators, V60, Airvo, Vapotherm.Experience working in an acute care or trauma center environment is preferred.Meditech EMR experience preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital (Level II Trauma Center).Unit: Respiratory department.Shift: Days.Shift hours: 07:00-19:00.Typical equipment used: Servo I, GE ventilators, V60, Airvo, Vapotherm.Location Highlights Bradenton is a coastal city on Florida's Gulf Coast, offering beach access and outdoor recreation.
