Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help individuals build independence, maintain routines, and feel confident in their daily lives through one-on-one support. About the RoleEmpowered Services is seeking a calm, dependable entry-level DSP to support an adult who prefers a relaxed pace of life with a balance of time at home and occasional outdoor activities. This role is best suited for someone who is steady, adaptable, and comfortable providing gentle guidance without being overly directive.
