Relient Health is seeking experienced Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) for full-time, in-person leadership opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement DOR positions (not contract, not travel, not PRN). Our openings include leadership roles in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and retirement communities, depending on the specific location. Current DOR openings available in: Novato, San Jose, Sonora, Stockton, and additional California markets. Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? • Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) • Therapy professionals with prior supervisory, team lead, assistant DOR, or DOR experience • Clinicians seeking career advancement into full departmental leadership • Candidates with experience in SNFs, ALFs, or senior care settings • Leaders who thrive in interdisciplinary team environments 95-125K This role is specific to licensed therapy professionals overseeing rehabilitation operations. This is not a nursing, administrative, or medical assistant position.
