Description Clinical Program DirectorLocation: Delaware County, PA (Hybrid)Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually + benefitsJob Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to lead trauma-informed behavioral health programs serving children, families, and the community.This role is ideal for a leader with strong program oversight experience who can manage and grow programs during a period of organizational transition. The organization is moving from fiscal sponsorship to independently managing its programs and operations, and the Clinical Program Director will play a key role in stabilizing, evaluating, and expanding services.The position also involves reestablishing and redesigning a program impacted by the Crozer closure, including rebuilding partnerships and supporting the launch of a reimagined service model.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight of trauma-informed behavioral health programsOversee program development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and expansionLead the reestablishment and redesign of a discontinued program, including rebuilding community partnershipsProvide clinical supervision, intake assessments, and oversight of services for children and familiesSupervise therapy staff; review clinical documentation, reports, and budgetsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and professional standardsCollaborate with leadership on strategic planning, grants, reporting, and program evaluationBuild and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholdersQualificationsLicensed LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (Master's degree required)5+ years of experience in clinical program leadership, including supervisionDemonstrated experience managing programs through organizational change or limited infrastructureStrong background in program evaluation, quality assurance, and service delivery oversightAbility to work independently and lead complex programsTrauma-informed care and crisis intervention experience requiredSpanish-speaking candidates encouraged to applyCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $70,000-$75,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packageFlexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends may be requiredEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.ind123Openings 1 Pay Range $70,000.00 Annually to $77,000.00 Annually
