Please do not submit documents that include dates of birth, social security numbers, or that require password access.The Cedarville University School of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time, two-year Pharmacy Innovation Fellowship at the rank of Instructor of Pharmacy Practice. This fellowship is housed within the Center for Pharmacy Innovation (CPI) and prepares a clinical pharmacist to lead at the intersection of clinical practice, innovation, entrepreneurship, research, and Christ-centered servant leadership. Professional Development Opportunities• Possibility to complete a Master of Arts in Innovation degree during the fellowship• Structured mentorship from the Director of CPI and other faculty overseeing teaching, research, and service. • Development of expertise in clinical pharmacy innovation and program design• Engagement in scholarship related to pharmacy practice advancement and innovationProgram Development and Sustainability• Design and implement a clinically, revenue-generating program through the CPI while supporting IPPE and APPE education• Develop partnerships with health systems, ACOs, pharmaceutical companies, and startups that could lead to innovative opportunities for CPI.• Transition the program from pilot to self-sustaining within the fellowship periodEducational and Faculty Responsibilities• Serve as an Instructor of Pharmacy Practice in the PharmD curriculum• Teach and coordinate relevant coursework and participate in the Cedarville University School of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate Program• Facilitate patient simulation and applied learning• Support the precepting PharmD students on IPPE and APPE rotations• Mentor and precept student innovators and oversee applied projects• Approximately 50% of time is dedicated to teaching in Cedarville University's School of PharmacyCenter for Pharmacy Innovation RoleThe fellow will collaborate with faculty and students to develop scalable pharmacy innovation initiatives, evaluate clinical and economic outcomes, support student-led innovation, and model ethical leadership grounded in a biblical worldview.
