Radiology Technologist - Shepherdsville, Kentucky

This role is for an experienced X-ray Technologist skilled in general radiology, orthopedics, trauma, OR, and portable imaging. The position involves working a 12-hour night shift, 7pm to 7:30am, with a schedule of 36 hours per week. The candidate will float across various hospital areas including the ER, OR, and portable imaging, supporting inpatient, outpatient, and trauma cases. Location Based in Shepherdsville, KY, this hospital handles an average of 266 patients daily, with approximately 20 patients per tech and about 8,000 exams per month, offering a fast-paced environment for radiologic professionals. The facility utilizes advanced imaging technology such as Shimadzu, Konica, Fuji, Carestream, GE and Phillips c-arms, and Medtronic o-arm systems along with EMR support via Cerner software. Parking is free with badge access, and the departmental team includes lead techs, phlebotomy, IV/VAT teams, respiratory therapy, hospitalists, and intensivists available 24/7.
