Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for experienced Behavior Specialists with BCBA certification to provide support during the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These positions are based in Doylestown with service locations in nearby areas such as Fallsington and Levittown. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior analysis services aligned with student IEPs during the ESY program. Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to address moderate to severe behavioral needs. Participate in orientation and planning sessions as required. Maintain documentation and communicate progress regularly. Adhere to client and school policies regarding program delivery and student safety. Qualifications and Experience: Hold active BCBA licensure meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education standards. Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting moderate to severe behaviors. Reliable transportation with residence within a 35-minute commute of assigned school. Commitment to the full ESY schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:45 am to 2:45 pm during instructional dates. Ability to engage professionally within interdisciplinary teams and follow program protocols. Schedule and Location: ESY Instruction: June 29 to July 30, 2026 (Monday-Thursday). Service hours generally 8:45 am to 2:45 pm at one of the center-based school locations. Orientation and setup hours will vary depending on final schedules. Locations include Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown. Additional Details: Candidates must confirm understanding of the credentialing timeline and meet all screening criteria. Priority placement considers proximity to candidate residence and student needs. Previous engagement with this client via another agency within the last year disqualifies eligibility.
