Behavior Specialist / BCBA - Contract - Doylestown, PA Area A contract opportunity is available for experienced Behavior Specialists with BCBA certification to support Extended School Year (ESY) programs in the Doylestown, PA area. Positions require work at various school locations within Bucks County, with the main administrative office located in Doylestown. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior support and intervention services for students with moderate to severe needs. Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on student progress. Participate in orientation and training sessions prior to instructional dates. Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with school staff and families. Qualifications & Experience: Active BCBA licensure meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements. Experience working with school-aged children demonstrating moderate to severe behavioral needs. Ability to work Monday through Thursday during ESY instructional period, with student hours typically from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Reliable transportation and residence within 35 minutes of assigned school site are mandatory. Commitment to the full ESY schedule from June 29 to July 30, 2026. Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and compliance with credentialing timelines. Locations: Assignments available at Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown, PA. Placement will consider proximity to candidate's residence and matching of skills to student needs. Exact classroom assignments communicated in late May to early June. Additional Notes: Candidates who have provided services to this client via another agency within the last year are ineligible.
