This role is ideal for a current or former Medication Technician or Resident Services Coordinator who understands hands-on care, clinical workflows, and the realities of supporting residents and caregivers in a senior living environment.Role SummaryThe Resident Services Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating resident care and supporting the Health Services department. Working closely with the community nurse and caregiving team, the RSC helps ensure care plans are followed, changes in condition are communicated clearly, and residents receive consistent, high-quality support.
