About the Role: The Clinical Pharmacist works in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, high quality infusion therapy to patients in the alternate site. This role is responsible for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy relative to the total needs/problems of the patient while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in an effort to achieve the best possible outcomes. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Minimum Qualifications: Experience/Education: * Bachelor of Pharmacy * Active pharmacist license * Clinical Pharmacy experience from work or clinical rotation experience * Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel). * Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner. * Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.
