Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend day shift contract at a short-term acute care hospital, requiring ARRT certification and a valid Indiana state license.Job Details• Short-term acute care hospital with 153 staffed beds, operating as a Stroke Level 1 Accredited facility,• Multi-modality CT/X-Ray Technologist role serving ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations including adult and pediatric patients,• Equipment includes 2 Philips IQon CT Scanners, 2 Siemens DR X-Ray rooms, Carestream portables,• Charting in Cerner (experience required),• Saturday and Sunday day shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2x12-hour shifts),• On-call required up to 4-5 times per month, including one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month,• Holiday coverage required; candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays,• No floating to sister facilities required,Job Requirements• Minimum 18 months to 2 years of CT Technologist experience required,• Current ARRT certification required,• Current AHA BLS required (RQI accepted),• Active Indiana state license required; pending licenses are not accepted - license must be in hand at time of consideration,• Proficiency with Siemens, Philips, and Carestream portable equipment required,• Ability to perform general X-ray in addition to CT imaging required,• Comfort working independently at times,• Cerner EMR experience required,• Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program required,Additional Information• Perform CT imaging and general X-ray across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings for adult and pediatric patients, including stroke cases,• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Local candidates are accepted for this Allied position,• Former permanent or PRN employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler,• RTO of 5 days or fewer may be auto-approved,• Scrub color: Royal Blue,• Free parking on-site
