Medical Informatics Analyst, Senior

Your role The Operations Analytics team supports back-office operations stakeholders with dashboarding, analytic studies, and statistical modeling to drive a better member/provider experience while reducing both administrative and healthcare costs. The Medical Informatics Analyst, Senior will report to the Sr. Manager of Operations Analytics. In this role you will provide analytic support to the operations team which involves defining a business problem, developing an analytic framework, and producing analytically driven insights and solutions that support transformational initiatives improving health care operations, efficiency, and member experience.
