Job Title: Senior Associate Scientist – Advanced In Vitro ModelsLocation: Cambridge, MADuration: 09 Months Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist II to join the Advanced In Vitro Predictive Models team. This role will support the development of human cell–based disease models and engineered systems to enable therapeutic discovery and target validation.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with human iPSC culture and differentiation and CRISPR-based genome editing, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment.Key Responsibilities- Maintain, expand, and differentiate human iPSCs into relevant cell types to support disease modeling and discovery efforts.- Design and execute CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and validation of engineered cell lines.- Perform molecular and cellular characterization (qPCR, imaging, sequencing, functional assays).- Support development and optimization of advanced in vitro systems (e.g., co-cultures, 3D models).- Analyze and interpret experimental data.- Present findings internally and collaborate with cross-functional discovery teams.Basic Qualifications- BS with 4–6 years or MS with 2–4 years of relevant industry or academic experience. - - Hands-on experience with iPSC culture and differentiation.- Experience with CRISPR genome editing in mammalian cells and/or iPSCs.- Strong mammalian cell culture and molecular biology skills.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.#TB_PH#ZRPHWhy TalentBurst?
