Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend night shift travel contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Washington State, with at least 1 year of adult acute care experience required.Job Details• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 325 staffed beds,• CT Scan department within Diagnostic Imaging,• Patient population includes adults; ICU and pediatric experience preferred,• Procedures include abdomen/pelvis, chest, head and neck, brain perfusion, spine and MSK, vascular CTA, and MRP,• Contrast prep required; experience with aspirations, biopsies, and starting IVs preferred,• GE and Siemens equipment experience preferred,• Charting in Epic (experience required),• 3x12-hour weekend night shifts, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM,• No call required,• Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within Washington State,Job Requirements• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience in adult acute care; Emergency Department experience required,• ICU and pediatric experience preferred,• Current BLS, ARRT (R), and ARRT (CT) certifications required,• Active Washington State license required (pending license not accepted),• Epic EMR experience required,• Proficiency in abdomen/pelvis, chest, head and neck, brain perfusion, spine and MSK, vascular CTA, and MRP,• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting,• SSN and DOB required for consideration,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Candidates with a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract,• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility,• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied,• Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination
