Orthopedic Intake Specialist – Front Office -- Full-TimeWe are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our front office team! This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in creating a positive, efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.What You'll Do:Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmthVerify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentationCollect copays, self-pay deposits, and outstanding balancesEnsure all intake forms and consents are completed accuratelySupport scheduling and coordinate patient flowMaintain accurate and organized medical recordsAssist with administrative tasks and front office operationsWhat We're Looking For:Prior front desk or healthcare reception experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)Why Join Us?Collaborative, team-focused environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on patient experience in a private orthopedic practiceStable, full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
