What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare facilities for externship placementsEnsure a seamless, compliant externship process aligned with state, federal, and accreditation standardsCoordinate student placements and support their transition into hands-on clinical trainingConduct site visits and maintain communication with site supervisorsMonitor student progress and provide guidance and support throughout the externship experienceOrganize and maintain accurate records, including timesheets, evaluations, and feedbackLead externship orientations and act as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and sitesSupport students with professional development, including resume building and interview preparationCollaborate with Career Services to track and improve job placement outcomesMaintain affiliation agreements and ensure accurate documentation in CampusVueConduct final evaluations and exit reviews to assess student success?
