The Role As Medical Director, you will provide hands-on inpatient care while shaping the clinical direction of the rehabilitation program. Key Responsibilities Provide daily inpatient medical management for rehabilitation patients Oversee care for medically complex patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Establish and uphold clinical standards and best practices Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance Partner closely with therapy, nursing, and case management teams to optimize patient outcomes Serve as a physician leader and mentor within the facility What You Bring MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Minimum 2+ years of experience in inpatient rehab, LTAC, SNF, or acute care Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills Commitment to quality, patient-centered care What Makes This Role Different No nights.
