Travel Cath Lab / EP Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech with 2+ years of experience in a hybrid interventional lab setting, including STEMI and interventional radiology experience.Job Details• Short-term acute care hospital with 216 staffed beds,• Hybrid interventional lab performing interventional radiology, pacemaker implants, and cardiac cath procedures including a STEMI program,• Daily caseload of 10-15 cases per tech,• Procedures include balloon angioplasty, stents, filter placement, left/right heart catheterization, peripheral upper and lower extremity IR procedures, and pacemaker implants,• Cerner EMR (preferred),• 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM,• On-call required as needed,• No floating within the facility or to sister facilities,Job Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience,• STEMI experience required, with a minimum of 500 hours,• Interventional radiology experience required,• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,• Scrub and monitor skills required,• Experience with balloon angioplasty, stents, filter placement, left/right heart catheterization, and peripheral upper/lower extremity IR procedures,• Cerner EMR experience preferred,• Active, non-pending state license required if applicable,• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted),Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Local candidates are not accepted for this position,• Royal blue scrubs required,• Parking is included,• RTO is not permitted during the contract; RTO requests may be discussed during the interview when applicable,• Weekend requirements and block schedule availability will be discussed during the interview
