A healthcare opportunity is available to utilize your expertise as a CT Technologist in a travel position based in Indianapolis, IN, with initial onboarding at the Indianapolis hospital location before transitioning to Mooresville. This role demands a minimum of two years of hands-on CT experience and proficiency in all CT procedures to effectively serve a 50-bed unit with a 1:1 patient ratio. Work Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM 40 guaranteed hours per week Call coverage as needed for off-shift gaps Key Responsibilities: Perform CT imaging procedures using advanced equipment including Phillips and Siemens scanners Operate within a 50-bed unit delivering one-on-one patient care and imaging services Collaborate with healthcare team members using EPIC EMR system for accurate documentation Maintain professional appearance adhering to the dress code of grey scrubs; hoodies and open-toe shoes are not permitted Demonstrate critical thinking and self-motivation to manage patient imaging needs effectively Required Qualifications: Registered Technologist (RT) with CT specialty certification (ARRT preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience performing CT procedures Familiarity with Philips and Siemens CT imaging equipment Ability to work night shifts and flexible call hours as assigned Strong critical thinking skills and self-driven approach Location Insight: The position is headquartered at the Franciscan health network in Mooresville, Indiana, a community-oriented city that blends small-town charm with access to metropolitan amenities. Employees will initially report to the Indianapolis hospital (Door 6, with yellow-lined employee parking) to complete onboarding and orientation with the CT supervisor. This transition period offers exposure to a busy hospital environment before settling into the Mooresville diagnostic unit.
