Responsibilities Coordinates and supports the administration of the Colon & Rectal Surgery Fellowship Program within the Northside Hospital system. Ensures compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements. Serves as a key liaison between hospital leadership, faculty, and fellows, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication. Supports program operations including documentation, evaluations, recruitment activities, and accreditation processes. Requires strong organizational skills and experience in a graduate medical education setting to manage multiple priorities and ensure program success. Provides guidance to faculty and leadership on GME requirements and contributes to the overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of the fellowship program. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED * Bachelors' degree with demonstrated knowledge and experience in an academic medical education setting * Minimum two years experience in providing oversight and coordination of programs related to healthcare and/or medical staff * Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally with hospital and medical staff * Strong analytical and organization skills * Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet required deadlines KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED * Master's degree with demonstrated knowledge and experience in an academic medical education setting
