You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff. Primary Responsibilities: * Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines * Partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants, and LPNs * Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents * Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission and quarterly assessments * Provide on-call support for the community * Ensures compliance, efficiency and team's understanding of policies and procedures Our Ideal Candidate: * Leads by example and strives for excellence * Works with integrity and a sense of purpose * Puts their team in a position to be successful on a daily basis * Expresses genuine compassion and care for residents, staff and guests * Demonstrates good time management skills * Has strong interpersonal and communication skills * Develops others to their full potential Required Qualifications: * Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse * Maintains a current/unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state * Minimum of 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community-based care or assisted living/memory care * Quality assurance/improvement and staff development experience * The ability to lift 50 lbs without restriction #FKTN
