THERAPIST (Full-Time or Part-Time, Hybrid Position)Location: ArizonaWork Format: Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Person)Position SummaryZarephath is seeking a dedicated, full-time Community-Based Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy services to children and families. This hybrid position includes both in-person and telehealth sessions. The role involves creating and managing treatment plans, documenting clinical progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. We strive to foster harmony, safety, and success across home, school, work, and community environments.QualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field (required)Licensure or eligibility (LAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience working with children in a direct care or clinical settingFamiliarity with Arizona's behavioral health systemWorking knowledge of CBT and trauma-focused CBT (preferred)Experience with mental health issues including PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, and traumaAbility to collaborate with agencies such as CPS, DDD, and Juvenile ProbationKnowledge of Arizona's 12 principlesRequirementsMust be at least 21 years oldValid Arizona driver's licenseFingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)CPR and First Aid certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)Excellent customer service skillsWillingness to work evenings/weekends as neededAbility to work both independently and within a teamWhy Join Zarephath?Supportive and mission-driven work environmentClinical supervision toward independent licensureHybrid work flexibilityOpportunity to make a direct impact on children and families across Arizona
