RN Director of Subacute SHIFT: Full-TimeRATE: $36 - $39/hr. (depending on experience) Plus Sign-On-Bonus $7500JOB DESCRIPTION:The successful candidate will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES:Directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of all nursing staff engaged in a designated unitAuthority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents in a designated unitResponsible for transmitting each unit's staff concerns to the appropriate department supervisor.Maintenance of Resident Care Plans and the overall management of resident careREQUIREMENTS:Degree from an accredited school of nursingCurrent and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York requiredMust have a minimum of one year of experience in nursing service administration.
