Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management - Project plan, meetings, budgets, schedules and SafetySupports Operational Projects and repair work associated with building functionalityDevelop detailed tracking methods to support Project health and successDevelops, updates, and distributes campus plans and drawings Supports operational spend managementSupports the development of Standards for Building constructionCoordinating specific vendors based on project needsAssuring projects are including Carbon Neutral goalsQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in Facility Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or related field Associate's degree in construction management, project management, or related field.
