As part of a collaborative healthcare system, they value excellence in nursing practice, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.Under the administrative guidance of the Long-Term Care (LTC) Director of Nursing (DON), the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) establishes, maintains, and enhances clinical and operational systems to achieve positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff.This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies that ensure nursing competency, excellence in practice, effective use of technology, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
