We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a large multispecialty group in the Bronx. This is a permanent, outpatient-only opportunity with flexible scheduling options. New graduates are welcome to apply. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. H1B visa sponsorship available. Position Highlights Outpatient-only practice No hospital responsibilities Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00am-5:00pm Call schedule TBD Part-time or full-time options available Work as little as two days per week Flexible scheduling based on location needs EMR: eClinicalWorks If working fewer than 20 hours per week, provider must carry their own malpractice insurance. Job Summary The Otolaryngologist will provide comprehensive medical and procedural care for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The position focuses on outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, face, and neck Diagnose and manage sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, hearing disorders, voice disorders, and infections Perform in-office procedures as appropriate Manage conditions such as epistaxis, tonsillar disease, and chronic ear infections Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck masses or tumors (referring as appropriate) Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for coordinated care Educate patients regarding treatment options and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong procedural and clinical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bilingual Spanish is a plus Organization Information Competitive full-time salary range: $350,000-$400,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Large multispecialty group with offices throughout the five boroughs Over 140 physicians and 100 advanced practice providers currently employed Lifestyle Information Multiple locations available throughout the Bronx Access to all that New York City has to offer Abundant public transportation options RecruitWell Core Values Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
