Childcare Provider The Unitarian Universalist Church of Long Beach is a welcoming religious community rooted in trust, freedom, and love. We are seeking a nurturing, caring adult responsible for providing age-appropriate care and supervision for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers during our Sunday morning services, and during occasional church events. Members of UUCLB shall not be considered for this or other staff positions at UUCLB. This policy is best practice to avoid the conflicts of interest that can arise from dual relationships. Not employing members as staff promotes healthy and effective relationships between the staff, Minister and congregation.Supervisor: Director of Religious Education FLSA Status: Non-ExemptHours of Work:Part-time, 2.5 hours per week onsite Sunday mornings, 9:00-11:30 am year-round including the summer. Requires occasional additional hours for church events which will be scheduled with advance notice.
