Job Title: Licensed Mental Health CounselorLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)Location:Convivio Health - Lynnwood, WAEmployment Type:Full-time (Part-time)Salary Range:$84,000-$101,867 per year (DOE)As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide brief, solution-focused therapy, group interventions, and psychological support for adults participating in industrial rehabilitation programs. You will play a vital role in helping individuals regain control, confidence, and resilience following workplace injuries. This position emphasizes cultural and linguistic sensitivity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and elements of case management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct intake, progress, and discharge evaluations, documenting findings and preparing reportsDevelop and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery goals, stress management, and resilience buildingLead group therapy sessions that promote peer support and shared coping strategiesCollaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure integrated, holistic careDocument patient progress thoroughly in compliance with program and regulatory standardsParticipate in case conferences and team meetings to adjust care plans as neededIdentify and address psychological factors impacting rehabilitation within a short-term intervention frameworkRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldWashington State License: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing2-5 years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally in short-term intervention or rehabilitation settingsSkilled in facilitating group therapy sessionsStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approachPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Washington State L&I guidelines and processesExperience with chronic pain and trauma-related careStrong computer and EMR documentation skillsBenefits401(k) with up to 4% company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Professional development assistance (annual allowance for memberships, CEU courses, etc.)ScheduleFull-time(Part time)Monday through Friday, 8-hour shiftsAbout UsConvivio Health has proudly served clients across Washington State since 2007.
