About the job Radiology Technologist (Finger Lakes Region)$33-$40 per hour | Full-Time | Day or Evening ShiftThe OpportunityYou'll join a patient-focused imaging team where you'll perform diagnostic imaging studies for patients of all ages using state-of-the-art equipment. This direct hire position exists to deliver accurate, compassionate radiographic care while maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety and image quality. Your responsibilities include:Position patients accurately and ensure adherence to imaging procedure guidelinesApply radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourselfUtilize RIS, CR, and PACS systems for data entry, image review, and troubleshootingAdminister contrast media safely and recognize and respond to adverse reactionsMaintain infection control standards according to Universal PrecautionsWork a Monday-Friday schedule with possible rotating call and weekend coverageRespond to emergency call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat We're Looking ForEducation:Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or AAS in Radiologic TechnologyLicenses & Certifications:NYS Radiologic Technologist license (required)ARRT certification (required)Experience:Completion of a recognized 24-month Radiology programNew Rad Tech graduates welcomeReady to Apply?If you're passionate about patient care and skilled in diagnostic imaging, apply today to join a radiology department where your technical skills and compassionate care will make a real difference in patients' lives.
