Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings using NDBI and naturalistic approaches.What You'll Do:Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plansImplement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environmentsPartner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategiesWork across home, school, and community settingsFacilitate skills-based group sessions to support social, behavioral, and functional developmentYou're a Great Fit If You Have:Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACBRequired: Michigan state licensureRequired: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldStrong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teachingPassion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practiceEarly childhood development expertiseReady to join a team that values creativity, flexibility, and neurodiversity?
