Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) Facility Type: LTC/SNF Location: Jersey Shore, PA 17740 Term: contract : 5 weeks Shift: 07:00 am - 03:30 pm ( EOW ) Pay rate: $55-58/hr. on W2 Pay Period: Weekly Start: ASAPREQUIRED: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse. Must have BLS/CPR Certification Must work every other weekend RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule nurses' shifts Assign nurses to patients Ensure nursing operational standards are met Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures Train new team members Evaluate nurses' performance Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions Handle complaints or other issues Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friend
