A full-time school psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, starting August 31, 2026, and concluding June 4, 2027. This contract role involves providing comprehensive psychological services within an elementary and middle school setting in Cottage Grove, MN. Responsibilities include: Managing caseloads of approximately 25-35 elementary students (K-5) and 20-30 middle school students (6-8). Developing, supporting, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Delivering counseling services and behavioral interventions tailored to student needs. Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student growth and success. Assisting in crisis intervention efforts and creating student safety plans. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist License. Experience working with K-8 student populations. Skilled in IEP development and behavioral support strategies.
