Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Pathology Transcriptionist in the Little River, SC area.Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourSchedule: Three days per week, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Job Responsibilities:Transcribe medical reports, physician notes, and patient records accurately and efficientlyReview and edit transcriptions for grammar, clarity, and medical accuracyListen to recorded dictation from healthcare providers and convert into written documentsMaintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulationsEnsure proper formatting and documentation standards are metCommunicate with physicians and staff to clarify unclear dictation when neededManage multiple reports and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFill in for PTO Time Qualifications & Requirements:Previous experience as a Medical Transcriptionist preferredStrong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentationExcellent typing, grammar, and proofreading skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain strict confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applicationsStrong listening and comprehension skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust have Pathology-PRN experienceOlsten provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry for contract workers.
