As an Early Childhood Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at. Our Hugo location has a fully equipped play therapy room! Full Time Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life InsuranceReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable offices and clinic environmentFree attendance for internal CEUsResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.Provide high-quality individual therapy, specializing in children 0-5 but also balanced with other populations as appropriate.Develop and implement effective treatment plans.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records.Requirements:Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP).For unlicensed therapists: meet the requirements for a Clinical Trainee and be actively pursuing licensure in Minnesota.Past experience working with children 0-5 years of age and their caregivers either in therapy or in skill development.Completed or in process of completing DC - 0-5 and/or ESCii.Evidence based practice for early childhood including: Circle of security, ABC, CPP and/or PCIT at all levels are ideal but not required.Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
