We value low-stress handling and Fear-Free techniques!3:1 ratio with tenured techs and support staff so our doctors can focus on medicine and be efficient with their schedule.Primarily a small animal practice, with some pocket pets and exotics, offering wellness services and treatment for our sick patients using advanced diagnostics, soft tissue surgery expertise, and dentistry care.Well-equipped hospital with an in-house lab, digital x-ray, and diagnostic imaging tools including video endoscopy, otoscopy, and ultrasound.The RoleOur Medical Director is a hands-on leader who manages cases and supports their team on the treatment floor, modeling excellent clinical practice.You'll provide mentorship and skill training to nurture the growth of the veterinarians and clinical staff.Upholding and advancing the medical standards, protocols, and patient care quality.Partnering with operational management on culture, growth, and strategic initiatives.Maintaining a positive, supportive, and collaborative hospital environment.Success in this role requires:Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA accredited university, or equivalent Active veterinarian license to practice in the state of PA, or license-eligible 3+ years experience in small/companion animal medicine Confident, emotionally intelligent communication skills with a collaborative leadership stylePassion for quality medicine, team development, and client serviceWe Offer Competitive ProSal, with total compensation exceeding $180,000+/year Annual performance bonus for Medical Directors + stipend Sign-on bonus available for experienced candidates Ownership interest?
