CGP: MRI software Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a MRI Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $48.00 to $57.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties using MRI Software.Prepare monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.Conduct CAM reconciliations and recoveries with precision and timeliness.Review and interpret lease agreements to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.Collaborate with property management teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects. Requirements: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external auditors to resolve inquiries and maintain compliance.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills in managing multiple priorities.Work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to a culture of accuracy and accountability.Maintain a high level of professionalism and service orientation in all interactions. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in commercial real estate accounting.Demonstrate expertise in MRI Software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.Maintain a strong understanding of CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and GAAP standards.
