The same expectation stands for our people: we are committed to developing a Best-in-Class team of experts and authorities, where career development and growth are the foundation of our brand.Job SummarySEE Eyewear is looking for a team-focused, patient-centric Optometrist to provide coverage for our Metro Detroit locations 2-3 Saturdays per month.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTasks include but are not limited to:Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rateNetworking and building relationships in the local marketDelivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on both precision and experienceMaking lens recommendations from the chairProviding a seamless hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each examUtilizing downtime to network, interact with potential patients, and collaborate with the retail team on the sales floorQualifications & RequirementsMust follow all state laws regarding minimum eye examination standardsResponsible for completing and maintaining all credentialing requirementsAvailability for 2-3 Saturdays per monthFamiliarity with state-of-the-art Digital Topcon equipment preferred
