An urgent opening is available for two Per Diem pharmacists to support multiple pharmacy sites in the West Chester, PA area. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations and excellent patient service. Responsibilities: Process prescription intake and dispensing with accuracy and care Verify prescriptions and maintain quality control standards Manage inventory and handle patient inquiries professionally Adapt to various workflow demands across sites including CAPSULE, RITECHOICE Rx, AbsoluteCare, and Cardinal Health Utilize pharmacy software such as Pioneer Rx and Rx30 effectively Qualifications/Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting Strong pharmacy intuition and ability to adjust to fast-paced workflows Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proficient with pharmacy technology and automation systems, including dispensing robots Current pharmacy license in Pennsylvania Availability for part-time or semi-regular shifts, with preference for candidates already working part-time elsewhere Schedule: Immediate availability, including coverage on Monday, 2/16 from 9 AM to 5 PM Flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple site needs This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced pharmacy technicians in a supportive work environment, ensuring that patient care standards remain high and operational flow is seamless.
