Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Type: Part-time Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Idaho (any city)**100% Remote** Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, mission-driven team in a part-time, fully remote role. This position is supervision-focused and ideal for BCBAs who enjoy clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and mentoring behavior technicians. Key Responsibilities: Develop, oversee, and update individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plansProvide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior TechniciansConduct parent training sessions and collaborate closely with familiesImplement and monitor interventions targeting: Adaptive and daily living skillsEmotional regulation and behavior reductionLanguage and communicationPlay, social skills, and peer interactionsSafety awareness and vocational readinessModify environments and treatment strategies to address interfering behaviorsClearly communicate assessment results, progress, and treatment goals to familiesReview and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and complianceMentor and support clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training Patient Population: Children ages 2 to 16 yearsPrimarily individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions Qualifications: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingExperience providing ABA services to children with ASD or related diagnosesStrong knowledge of clinical assessments and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
