Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing Join our premier facility near St. Petersburg as our dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Registered Nurse (RN) and partner closely with a strong Director of Nursing and an engaged Administrator as we continue elevating care, culture, and clinical performance.Experience Required We welcome strong leaders from various clinical environments: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Previous management experience (ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, or equivalent) Hospital experience is welcome - LTC experience is not required Willing to train the right RN leader with strong clinical and leadership skills Strong communication, coaching, and teamsupport abilities Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity?
